Texas Camping in March

Not really a ton happened in early 2008 (that I can remember anyway!) January and February were fairly uneventful. In March we took the pups on their first camping trip the weekend of Greg's 30th birthday.  We went to Lake Livingston State Park which was only about a hour away from our old house in Kingwood. Molly had already been an experienced camper, but this was Abby and Charlie's first time. We had to break down and get a huge coleman tent. The thought of 3 dogs and us in the 2 person backpacker's tent we had was not pleasant! We had a good time and then had to come home for birthday cake for Greg!
